PaNDA for kids offers clinic based appointments in Moonee Ponds as well as community settings in child care, kinder, playgrounds and aquatic leisure centre.
We are a private service but your child may be eligible for the following funding schemes.
National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)
We provide services to families that that have their NDIS funding through:
- plan managed
- self-managed participant:
PaNDA for Kids charges in accordance with the suggested NDIS rates which is updated annually. Fees remain the same regardless if participants are self or plan managed. This ensure equity amongst all NDIS participants.

Medicare
PaNDA for kids’ physiotherapists are Medicare registered service providers
Your child may be eligible for a Medicare rebate. You will need to have obtain an Chronic Management Plan (also called Enhanced Primary Care Plan) from your GP prior to your first session.
You will have up to 5 sessions per calendar year. Medicare rebate per session is $58.00
Private Health Fund
Fees may be claimed through your private insurance extras cover. The amount may vary depending on your plan and insurer.

Cancellation Policy
Late cancellations impacts greatly on our service provision. We ask that you notify us if you are unable to attend an appointment prior to your child’s appointment. Cancellations less that 3 full working days or a no show may incur a service charge.
